- All weekly bookings run from Saturday to Saturday.
- Your holiday home is available from 3.00 pm on the arrival date until 10.00 am on the departure date.
- When making a booking by post or telephone you must complete, sign and return the booking form and, by doing so, you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions. You must inform us if you wish to amend any names in your party. You cannot amend the lead name. Bookings are not transferable to someone else without our consent.
- The balance of the price of your holiday is payable six weeks before your arrival date and no reminder will be sent. If your booking is made less than six weeks before the start of your holiday, the full price is payable at the time of booking. If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to treat the holiday as cancelled by you and our cancellation conditions will then apply. We reserve the right to pass on to you any charges we incur for returned or represented cheques.
- Bookings are not accepted from persons less than 21 years of age. Bookings for groups of young people under the age of 25 are not accepted. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion without giving a reason. We also reserve the right to enter any accommodation in an emergency.
- You agree on behalf of yourself and your party to show consideration to other guests at all times. Excessive noise, offensive, illegal or anti-social behaviour will result in you and your party being asked to leave the park and no refunds will be given.
- All services and facilities offered by The Welcome for children are not child-care facilities.Whilst every care is taken,children remain the responsibility of their parents at all times.
- The number of your party cannot exceed the capacity of the caravan booked. You agree to keep the accommodation clean and tidy and leave it in a similar condition. We do not require you to pay a security deposit but you are responsible for the cost of any damages or breakages and we reserve the right to recover from you the costs of any damage caused to our property by you or any of your party.
- We do not allow smoking or pets in our accommodation.
- Your caravan is available from the date stated but if this is not possible for any reason beyond our control (force majeure) we will refund any money you have paid us. In addition, we cannot accept responsibility if your holiday with us is affected by circumstances beyond our control.
- We must be notified immediately of any shortcomings in the accommodation so that we may remedy them. No claim will be considered for any shortcomings not notified during your stay or within 14 days of the end of your holiday.
- All vehicles, their accessories and contents plus your personal possessions brought to the park are your entire responsibility and are left or carried at your own risk. Neither The Welcome nor we are responsible for any loss or damage to any of your property howsoever caused. Vehicles must be parked in the designated parking areas and the registration number entered on the booking form.
- We shall have no liability to you for the death or personal injury of yourself or any member of your party unless this results from our proven negligence.
- The Welcome reserve the right to alter, withdraw or vary the availability of amenities and facilities without notice. Entry to facilities such as the club and swimming pools is on a first come, first served basis and during busy times the comfort and safety of guests is paramount and restrictions may be imposed.
- If any of your party has, or has recently had, a contagious or infectious disease we should be notified and have the right to cancel your holiday.
- Guests are advised not to use their own electrical appliances at the park. If they do so, then they use the equipment at their own risk.
- There is no restriction on the age of guests using The Welcome's licensed club facilities. However, after 6.00 pm young people under the age of 18 wishing to use the club must be accompanied by an adult. Young people may be required to produce ID in the form of passport, photo driving license, PASS Hologram Card or similar, before they are served with alcohol or bingo tickets. Under 18s are not allowed to play bingo or play on the gaming machines.
- All public areas on the park are non-smoking.
- If you cancel your holiday, providing we receive notice of your cancellation in writing we will refund all monies paid to us minus the following sums:-
Cancellation more than 6 weeks before arrival date: Your deposit. This means that if you have paid a deposit, but not the full amount of the holiday, you will forfeit your deposit. If you have paid for the holiday in full, we will refund all but the deposit value of your holiday.
Cancellation between 3 and 6 weeks before the arrival date: 50% of your full holiday price.
Cancellation less than 3 weeks before arrival date: 100% of your full holiday price.
The applicable cancellation date will be the date we receive your written notice of cancellation.
