We offer three-bedroom holiday accommodation on the Welcome Family Holiday Park, in Dawlish Warren, Devon.

 The caravan is on a pleasant part of the park and has a very open, sunny outlook.

 The accommodation consists of a spacious lounge and dining area, a well equipped kitchen, a shower room, W.C. one double bedroom and two twin-bedded rooms. The sofa in the lounge converts to a double bed to provide another two berths if needed.

 Your caravan will be fully equipped to a high standard with microwave, fridge-freezer, and Freeview TV/DVD player, and a good range of household equipment (a full inventory is shown elsewhere on these pages).

 The price of your holiday home includes electricity, and we will make up your beds with fresh bed linen prior to your arrival. You will need to bring your own towels and tea-towels.
