The Welcome Family Holiday Park is situated in Dawlish Warren, on the glorious South Devon coast, close to the mouth of the river Exe and the beautiful seaside town of Dawlish. Also close by are the charming villages of Cockwood and Starcross, where you can board the ferry to Exmouth.

The Tropicana indoor fun pools
Four fantastic heated pools in one indoor complex, including a sports pool, ideal for serious swimming and exercise, a fun pool with waterfalls, jets, fountains and bubbles, a kid's pool which is less than two feet deep - perfect for splashing around! and a family-size whirlpool spa.
Use of the pool complex is free, using your Cruiser's club passes (included in the price of your holiday).
Cruisers Club
The Cruisers Club and entertainment centre features a spacious family lounge and show bar. The entertainment team provide a packed programme of superb entertainment that will delight the whole family.

Open weekdays & Sundays from 11am to 2pm and from 6pm to midnight and on Saturdays from 11am to midnight.
Cruisers Club membership is included in the price of your holiday for 2012 and passes will be provided for each member of your party named on the booking form.
Kids' Entertainment
There's a daily programme of activities and in the evenings (while the grown-ups are relaxing in the Cruisers Club), they have their very own Jolly Roger Club. The Jolly Roger Club is situated securely inside the Cruisers Club, with games, competitions, films, face painting, discos and much more.
The Welcome Games Arcade
Situated next to the Cruisers Club, the arcade features the latest games machines, simulators and pool tables.
The Welcome Bite
The cafeteria and takeaway offers great value for money and generous portions of freshly cooked food. All menu choices can be eaten in the Cruisers Club, taken away or delivered to your caravan at no extra cost (minimum order £10). Sunday lunch is available from midday to 1:45pm - choose from beef, lamb or chicken. Please book early to avoid disappointment. Also, if you have any special dietary requirements, any member of their team will be more than happy to help.
